Do you like painting animals and reproduce the fur effect?
In this Decorative Painting Tutorial,<\/strong> I want to tell you something about the Stippling technique and how to use the Stippler brush.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Stippling technique is perfect when we want to create a soft effect, for example, if we want to paint a teddy bear, the fur of Santa\u2019s hat or coat\u2026 but sometimes I also use the stippler brush when I want to paint trees or flowers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The stippler brush comes in different types and sizes: we can have a kind of flat stippler brush (so a brush where the hair has the same length), or we can have a deerfoot stippler, where the hair has different length.
As I often mention, there\u2019s no only one single perfect brush, we just need to find the brush that works the best for us! And this takes some time and practice\u2026 but we all get there at some point!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using the stippler brush is really simple and fun, you just need to be careful and try a few times and… it’s done! As I mentioned before, it is often used to reproduce the fur effect, as I did in the 3-Time Santa<\/a> design, however, it’s nice to make this brush more versatile using it also for the center of flowers like in Purple Beauty<\/a> or for snowmen like in 3-Time Snowman.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
