So, I thought to give them some a good restyling and I came up with a quick and easy outdoor decoration with acrylics!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As usually happens, I wanted to do some research forst, so I looked among DecoArt Americana paints and I was happy to find a specific paint for outdoors! \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have neved used the Americana Decor Outdoor Living line, so I wanted to try! I also didn&#8217;t have too much time, so I decided to add an extra decor touch using a stencil&#8230; quick and easy, don&#8217;t you think?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.marikamorettidesigns.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/DecoArt-Outdoor-living-2-768x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"DecoArt Outdoor Living\" class=\"wp-image-33303\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Here is what I used:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a aria-label=\"undefined (apri in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/decoart.com\/americana-decor\/outdoor-living\/paint\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DecoArt Americana D\u00e9cor Outdoor Living<\/a> paint (Turquoise Sky and Frosted Glass)<\/li><li><a aria-label=\"undefined (apri in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/decoart.com\/americana-decor\/metallics\/paint\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DecoArt Americana D\u00e9cor Metallics<\/a> paint (Pewter)<\/li><li><a aria-label=\"undefined (apri in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/dynastybrush.com\/blue-ice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dynasty Blue Ice Palmer 2\u201d<\/a> brush<\/li><li><a aria-label=\"undefined (apri in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/dynastybrush.com\/stencil-pro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dynasty Stencil Pro \u00bd\u201d<\/a> brush<\/li><li>Wood stainer<\/li><li>Paper tape<\/li><li><a aria-label=\"undefined (apri in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/shop.decoart.com\/americana-decor-stencils\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DecoArt 8\u201dx 8\u201d Botanical Stencil<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>I first cleaned the table and the chairs from any dust, spots or spider webs.<br>Since I wanted to have some contrast, I decided to apply 2 coats of wood stainer only on the table legs, waiting for them to dry well between one coat and the other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then I had to do my favorite (but needed) step \ud83d\ude0a, and I mean I had to cover all areas I didn&#8217;t want to paint with the tape, in order to avoid those famous &#8220;accidental brush strokes&#8221; I usually tell you about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then, finally the fun began, because I applied Turquoise Sky paint on the main surface of my table. I used three coats, just to be sure&#8230; but even with two coats the coverage was perfect.<br>I used Frosted Glass for the chairs, this is a less vibrant color compared to the Turquoise Sky, but I think they looked good together.<br>Last but not the least, I added a stencil decoration here and there using Pewter (Americana Decor Metallics) that I already used some time ago for the <a aria-label=\"undefined (apri in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.marikamorettidesigns.com\/en\/home-decor-en\/textured-decoration-with-stencils-and-acrylics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">textured decoration with stencils<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I was really happy of the final result!
